  If you register on site, the day of the event, you may not receive a conference booklet as they are printed prior to the event date to reflect the number of registrants.
 
 
 
Conference cancellations received before 5:00 p.m. on January 28, 2012 will receive a full refund less a $35 handling fee. Cancellations received after January 28, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. are not refundable.
